A video recording of Alexander Zakharchenko speaking to delegates in the rebel-held city of Donetsk appeared to confirm reports of Moscow’s military support to the separatists, who have been fighting Ukrainian government troops since April. Ukraine’s government claimed on Friday to have destroyed part of a column of Russian military vehicles that crossed its border, with Nato accusing Moscow of launching an “incursion”. Russia denies any incursion into Ukraine by its troops. It also denies lending any military or logistical support to the rebel militias. El hecho ha ocurrido hacia las 06:20 horas a poca distancia de la discoteca BCM, cercana esta a la popular calle Punta Ballena y cuya clientela son mayoritariamente jóvenes turistas extranjeros. El fallecido era de nacionalidad francesa.

Microsoft is preparing to debut an update to its Windows Phone 8.1 operating system, which includes expansion of its Cortana personal assistant availability to more regions. The update introduces Cortana to China and the UK in beta form, and Canada, India and Australia in alpha mode. Cortana is only just starting to make waves in the market, several years after Apple debuted Siri, while Android's Google Now has been available for some time. Microsoft is challenging the authority of federal prosecutors to force it to hand over a customer’s email stored in a data center in Ireland. Credit   Microsoft Updated, 8:38 p.m. |   Microsoft   has suffered a setback in its efforts to block federal prosecutors from seizing a customer’s data that is stored overseas. Judge Loretta A. Preska of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on Thursday upheld a  magistrate judge’s ruling  that Microsoft must turn over the customer’s emails, held in a Microsoft data center in Ireland. Big technology companies have rallied around Microsoft in the case, seeing the ruling as a potential threat to their plans to offer cloud computing services overseas. Microsoft plans to appeal the ruling. Judge Preska agreed to stay her order while the company pursues the appeal. The issue at the heart of the case is whether communications kept in overseas data centers operated by American companies are beyon
